IF THE SUBMISSION IS BASED UPON WORK THAT HAS BEEN SPONSORED OR  SUPPORTED BY AN AGENCY OR ORGANIZATION OTHER THAN WASHBURN UNIVERSITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE FULFILLED ANY RIGHT OF  REVIEW OR OTHER OBLIGATIONS REQUIRED BY SUCH CONTRACT OR AGREEMENT.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Washburn against any claims, lawsuits, demands, etc., including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, for infringement of a third-party’s intellectual property rights based on the content of your work.

Washburn will clearly identify You as the author(s) or owner(s) of the Submission, and will not make any alteration, other than as allowed by this license, to your Submission.

You agree that the terms of this License shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas and the exclusive venue for resolving any dispute between You and Washburn shall be in the Federal District Court of Kansas or the Shawnee County District Court of Kansas.
